November's Rotating

Dubbed "Pumpkin Daddy", after our family's favorite Halloween decoration, we did a Kabocha Pumpkin pouco stuffed with raw salted vanilla date caramel. It is possibly the best thing I've made.

And yes, it does want to be on your cheese plate, caramel and all.
